Chris Padgett joined Insulgard in 2025 as Business Development Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction and building materials distribution. Over the course of his career, Chris has worked his way through nearly every role, from warehouse shift work to sales to greenfielding new locations. This experience gives him a well-rounded, practical understanding of how the industry operates at every level.
Prior to Insulgard, Chris served as U.S. Business Development Manager for Polymershapes, where he led national sales efforts and supported strategic growth initiatives. His background allows him to connect easily with customers in the Southeast, understand their needs, and build partnerships that deliver long-term value.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College, with a minor in Spanish.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys impromptu travel with Erin, his wife of 10 years, and their three energetic boys, Noah (7) and twins Davis and Ryan (6). He’s an avid golfer and a dedicated (yet long-suffering) Carolina Panthers fan.
