Al Melick

Al Melick has been with Insulgard since 1995, bringing three decades of hands-on experience to his current role as Production Manager. His background spans field installation and purchasing, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and logistical sides of the business. Al oversees the day-to-day manufacturing process, ensuring each product meets Insulgard’s exacting standards for quality and performance.

When he’s not on the production floor, Al enjoys spending time outdoors boating, camping, fishing, and hunting.
