Operations Manager
Bill Battle joined Insulgard in 2022, bringing with him 25 years of experience in logistics and shipping and receiving. As Operations Manager, Bill plays a key role in keeping Insulgard’s operations running efficiently and safely. He oversees all shipping activities and manages the company’s glazing purchases—from receiving purchase orders to ensuring timely fulfillment.
In addition to his logistics responsibilities, Bill serves as Insulgard’s lead safety officer, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment for all employees. He also conducts forklift training and certification for staff, reinforcing Insulgard’s commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
