Joe Tykoski joined Insulgard in 2021 as a Project Engineer. He quickly moved into the role of Project Manager, where he leads sophisticated projects and consistently delivers results that exceed client expectations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design from ITT Technical Institute.
Drawing on his foundation in design and engineering, Joe excels at coordinating complex projects and ensuring each client’s vision is carried through with precision and care. He works closely with customers, architects, and internal teams to deliver high-performance security glazing solutions that meet both technical requirements and project timelines.
