Joshua Meaders joined Insulgard in 2026 as a Business Development Manager, serving the Northern U.S.
In this role, he works closely with glazing professionals, architects, and property managers to identify the right security glazing and protection solutions for their projects, helping customers navigate complex requirements and confidently specify Insulgard solutions that align with their performance, safety, and design goals.
Joshua brings nearly a decade of outside sales experience in the plastics and building materials industry. Before joining Insulgard, he spent eight years at Polymershapes in New Orleans as an outside sales representative, playing a key role in the branch’s sustained growth in the building and construction market, as well as mechanicals and marine plastics.
Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Southern Mississippi. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found on the golf course.
