Steve Hurley

Steve Hurley joined the company in 1996 as his first job out of college and has since built a distinguished 30-year career within the organization. He began his professional journey with GE as a Development Engineer before moving to Polymershapes, ultimately joining Insulgard in 2005. Over the years, Steve has held key roles including Development Engineer, Process Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Leader, and General Manager, demonstrating a consistent record of leadership and operational excellence.

Since joining Insulgard, Steve has served as President, guiding the business through growth and innovation while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Nebraska, combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
