The AVT Transaction Window System is designed to meet safety requirements for various applications including the secure passage of money and documents. The window is constructed from ballistic-rated glazing materials and features a natural voice transmission rail, a stainless steel deal tray, and a countertop. Both interior and exterior models are available. An extra deep base for passing larger items is available.

CONSTRUCTION

Window

  • The window has extruded aluminum sides
    around voice tubes that surround the
    vertical and top edge of bullet-resistant
    glazing.
  • Window glazing materials help to protect
    against Threat Levels 1, 2, or 3 based on
    UL752 ballistic standards for specified bullet
    resistance.
  • The bullet-resistant protection level may be
    specified by the end user and be consistent
    with the threat level.

Level 1:

  • 1¼” Acrylic
  • ¾” Lexgard® MP750

Level 2:

  • 1″ Lexgard® MP1000
  • 1 3⁄8″ Acrylic

Level 3:

  • 1¼” Lexgard® SP1250
  • BALULN25 Armor-Gard®

Voice Transmission Rail

Voice transmission rail finishing options include:

  • Clear Anodized
  • Dark Bronze Anodized
  • Painted
  • Exterior Built-In Flaps (Exterior Option)

Countertop/Base

  • The standard base is constructed from
    layered particle board with a plastic
    laminate covering.
  • The countertop/base is also available in the
    following materials: Stainless Steel, Solid
    Surface
  • The base is armored with bullet-resisting
    material consistent with the threat level as
    defined by the end user.
  • The deal tray is stainless steel with (optional)
    a bullet-trap below.
