Insulgard’s SLH horizontal sliding transaction window system can be constructed from materials designed to help combat ballistic assaults from Level 1, 2, or 3 handguns per UL752 Ballistics Standards. The sliding panel can be opened to allow the passage of packages, contact with customers, and better voice transmission during periods of low threat. If a threat is detected, the sliding panel can be closed and locked. In the locked position the full vision panel still allows for voice transmission and currency exchange.

CONSTRUCTION

The SLH horizontal slider consists of fixed and sliding transparent bullet-resistant panels to secure an opening, along with the aluminum framework, hardware, and fasteners needed for installation.

Glazing

Glazing materials can be rated for Threat Levels 1, 2, or 3 per UL752 Ballistics Standards.
