PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The package exchange system is an easy and cost-effective way to pass small to medium-sized packages frequently. The system features a revolving inner package passer which rotates from side to side allowing packages to be passed through a barrier without breaching security. When installed within a glazed window, the full-vision unit will not obstruct the window’s line of sight. The Turnstile Package Passer can be constructed from materials designed to help combat ballistic assaults from Threat Levels 1, 2, or 3 based on UL752 ballistics standards.

BOX CONSTRUCTION

• The unit features a rectangular outer shell made from transparent bullet-resistant glazing material with openings facing the customer and employee.
• A revolving interior three-sided box is constructed from the same bullet-resistant material. The interior unit revolves back and forth from the customer side to the secure side, enabling packages to be passed through safely. The interior unit has a ball-bearing mechanism for easy rotation.
• The device is held together with extruded aluminum channels and plated steel
  fasteners to match.
• The top and bottom have laminate-covered particle boards with a standard black finish.
• Standard aluminum glazing channels feature a clear anodized finish.

GLAZING

• The bullet-resistant protection level will be specified by the end user.
• Glazing material options include those listed by Underwriter Laboratories’ Standard 752 Level
